The not so small print.

Our terms and conditions

If the workshop is fully booked, we will return any payment in full unless we can offer an alternative date to suit. If we have to cancel a workshop due to low numbers or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to contact you, so please leave a telephone number when booking. Refunds will be offered if we can not reschedule to suit.

Guidance ages for workshops are based on risk assessment and interest levels! Younger family members are welcome but please be aware that the activity may not be suitable or engaging for a younger age range.

Adult supervision is required at all times for children under 12. This is a working site and we have ponds and open water.

We are thrilled that so many families choose to spend time with us but please could you make sure that small folk are kept close, especially in the cafeincase of spillages.

Access for everyone is important so please be aware where you leave bikes or pushchairs.

Under fives are free as part of a family group, we take photos of our visitors enjoying our site and events – if you would rather not be photographed, please make your wishes known at reception.

We want everyone to enjoy their visit, so please do let us know if you need any extra assistance Рuse of a wheelchair or electric buggy, large print information, interpreters etc. As much notice as possible always helps, but we will try our best no matter what.

We do try, but we might not always get it right, if you aren’t happy with any aspect of your visit or workshop participation, do tell us so we can try and sort it out straight away. Alternatively, when we do get it right, we’d still like to know! There’s always a duty manager about or visitor survey forms to complete.
